What personal data we collect

Personal data means any information relating to you which allows us to identify you, such as your name, date of birth, email address and in some cases, address and mobile number and information on your access to the website where you register.

We may collect such personal data from you when you register to our site or to websites of our partners, where a specific opt-in is required for the acceptance of the use of your data.

Omniad offers the most secure and confidential process as possible, safeguarding the confidentiality of the personal data of its users. Personal data is collected by Omniad, in order to offer a direct permission e-mail marketing service whose purpose is to send commercial messages, and therefore information and advertising on products that the user might be interested in, and in addition, to carry out market surveys, commercial communications by third parties, and prize draws.

We also use data for administrative or legal purposes: we use your data for statistical and marketing analysis, system testing, customer surveys, maintenance, and development, or to respond to a dispute or complaint. We may perform data profiling based on the information we collect from you for use in statistical and marketing analysis. Any profiling activity will be performed only with the prior consent of the user and make every effort to ensure that all data is accurate. By providing any personal data you explicitly accept that we may use it to perform profiling activities in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We remind you that the data is provided voluntarily by you when visiting our website or sites of our trusted partners. We can only send you e-mails to the e-mail addresses that you indicated on these sites, together with your personal data that you provided. Furthermore, we can only use all these details if you grant permission with an optional opt-in.

Your Data protection rights
